Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods and Costs:

Our bikes ship via LTL freight service. Bikes ship at a $150 flat rate per bike in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Hawaii bike orders are a $450 flat rate per bike.

All other accessories, merchandise, and parts ship via UPS ground and are priced by dimension, weight, and destination.

Batteries ship at a $100 flat rate. Batteries ship via UPS ground and are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.

We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, Canada, and Mexico. We do not ship or deliver on weekends and major public holidays.

Shipping, Transit and Delivery:

Bikes:

For all bike orders, estimated ship times from the warehouse can be found on their respective product page. 

For in stock bikes, orders are pulled and prepped to ship from the warehouse in 2-3 business days from the date of your order. Additional transit and delivery time will vary by destination. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order ships to help you track your order. Delivery times are dependent on local warehouse delivery appointment availability.

When placing your order, please provide a phone number that you can easily be reached, as our shipping company will need to contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. Please reach out to the SUPER73 customer service team if you have any questions regarding the delivery process.

Parts, Merchandise, and Accessories:

Parts, merchandise, and accessory orders ship from our warehouse 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed via UPS Ground. Transit and delivery times will vary by destination

3rd Party and Self-Shipping Prohibited:

Please be aware that 3rd party and self-shipping of any SUPER73 bike or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries. The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or international borders. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly or have authorized dealers. It is the responsibility of the owner to source an e-bike specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.
